Dear Juice Customers,
We are very much looking forward to the 2019 grape harvest.! We are anticipating a little later harvest than last year, due to a cold, wet spring and delayed bloom.
With heavy hearts, we regret to inform you that John H Brahm III passed away in March due to an automobile accident. John along with his brother Tom were the original founders of Randall-Standish Vineyards. In 2017, John sold his half of the business to his brother Paul and niece and nephew (Melissa and T.J). Even though retired, John was a huge help and asset to the business. He will be truly missed!!
In honor of John, Randall-Standish will be hosting a “Grape Fun Day”, October 5, 2019, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Donations from this event will go towards a scholarship fund that has been set up at the FLCC viticulture program in John’s name.
This event will include:
- Wine tasting by Arbor Hill
- Bristol Hills Grill
- Live Music by Jack Jones and The Stid Hill Stompers with special guest Aaron Lipp – grape stomping.
- Fun stuff for the Kids
A winemaking class will be offered Friday, September 27, 2019, from 6-8 pm. $40.00 per person. A $20.00 deposit is required at reservation. Seating is limited. Call today!
Please place your juice order at the beginning of its availability and mark your calendar for the scheduled pickup. We will do our absolute best to notify you of any changes of availability.
You can purchase most of your home winemaking needs (carboys, yeast, fermentation locks, etc.) from “Barrel Necessities” at Randall-Standish.
